Group of providers, payers, and vendors that creates and promotes standards for the transfer of data to and from the pharmacy services sector of the healthcare industry.  ASCP participates in the LTC Work Group and associated Task Groups; Participation has mostly occurred in Billing Issues and Consultant Pharmacist Task Groups.

PSTAC (formerly X12 coalition) - Pharmacist Services Technical Advisory Coalition
Coalition working on the coding infrastructure necessary to support billing for pharmacists' professional services; developed three CPT codes to use for billing pharmacist services for medication therapy management.

Senior Outpatient Safety Rx Coalition
Group of organizations working on medication safety from a consumer perspective, focusing specifically on older adults.
